BATHROOM LINEN

We would be pleased to provide you with fresh bathroom linen every day during your stay. If you would prefer otherwise, please let us know at the reception.

EVENING SERVICE

Between 7:00 pm and 8:30 pm, we offer you an evening service for your room that includes a turn-down service and minor tidying and cleaning work. If you would like to use this service, please inform our staff using the door hanger provided. Otherwise, please use the “Do not disturb” sign; we do not wish to disturb your stay unnecessarily in any way.

MANAGEMENT LIABILITY FOR VALUABLES

We would request that our esteemed hotel guests keep valuables such as jewellery, sizeable sums of money and securities in the room safe or in the safe at the reception. Otherwise we would like to make it quite clear that in the event of theft, loss or damage the hotelier is not liable insofar as he or his staff are not at fault 

NON-SMOKING

To comply with the legal provisions and the general wish for healthy, fresh air we respectfully request that you refrain from smoking in the rooms and all public indoor areas. The outside areas, such as the balconies, terraces and garden, are of course available to you. We very much appreciate your understanding.

NOTEBOOK PILLOW

A standard accessory for browsing the Internet in comfort – use the notebook pillow provided as a base when surfing and streaming online.

ROOM DOOR

If you are in your room and do not wish anyone to enter, you can

• use the “Do not disturb” door hanger
• or set the door lock to the locked position.

This ensures your privacy.

• Please do NOT use the lock when leaving the room (otherwise you will not be able to re-enter the room).
• Simply “closing” the room door is sufficient and allows you as well as our staff to enter.

SEAT CUSHIONS

While relaxing “outdoors” on the balcony, sit comfortably on the seat cushions provided (on top of the wardrobe). The warm, red blanket will keep you protected from a cool breeze.

TV CONNECT

You can find this function as a menu option on the start page of your TV device.

Streaming content with BYOD

A wireless share function enables you to connect your smartphone, tablet or laptop with the TV device in the hotel room. Simply scanning the QR codes allows you to stream your own content from Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Spotify or YouTube, for example, without entering personal access data on the TV.

Entertainment

Another advantage: you will also be able to use your mobile end device for applications at the same time.

Compatibility

The system is compatible with all common mobile end devices.

Data protection

By using your own personal device, the access data will remain on your device. This ensures all data protection guidelines are observed.
