ALPINE SPA WELLNESS & SILENCE
In our ALPINE SPA • WELLNESS & SILENCE you can arrive, switch off, warming up, sweating, recovering, enjoying, pausing, lingering and relaxing. Open from 11.00 am to 08.00 pm. You will find enough separate towels in the spa area. Please ask at the reception for any reservations of massages or of private baths.
BAR
Why not spend a few enjoyable hours at our hotel bar and meet some new friends. Opening hours and room service all day long until 10.00 pm.
BREAKFAST
Our breakfast buffet is available from 07.00 am to 11.00 am on the lower ground-floor. It is also available for guests, who prefer to have breakfast in the room. We have a light breakfast consisting of coffee, fruit juice and rolls available for late risers from 11.00 am to 02.00 pm hours (except on your departure day). Please press the FRÜHSTÜCK button on the phone.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Your room will be ready at 02.00 pm on your arrival day. May we please ask you to vacate your room at 11.00 am on the day of your departure. For any late-check-out please kindly ask at the reception.
„DO NOT DISTURB“
If you want to be undisturbed, please leave this sign outside your door. Please do not forget to remove it, so that the house-keeping will be authorized to tidy up.
FRONT DOOR
The main entrance is open until 10.00 pm. If you intend to come back later from the “Zermatt night life”, you can easily open the main entrance with your keycard. Use the corresponding device in front of the main entrance on the left side. In case you don’t have your keycard with you, you can contact us under +41 (0) 27 966 82 66. We are happy to help you within a few minutes.
INTERNET TERMINAL
In our lounge you can find an internet-corner, which you can use free of charge and during all day long.
LAUNDRY
In the wardrobe is a bag and a pricelist for your laundry. Please let us know at the reception if there is anything to wash or to iron. You are also welcome to leave articles to be dry-cleaned with us (return in 2 or 3 days).
LOUNGE
Our lounge with a fireplace and TV corner is on the ground floor. In the lounge we have pleasure in serving our courtesy “afternoon drink” or you can enjoy an aperitif or nightcap there. In the “Taugwalder Schtubje” you have hot water in the samovar at your disposal all day with an ample selection of teas.
LUGGAGE
The reception will kindly arrange your transfer upon your arrival and departure (CHF 5.— per person) as well as any storage of luggage during your stay. Our hotel porter will be glad to assist you.
MAGAZINES
There are some national newspapers and magazines at your disposal in our lounge. If you have any particular wish we shall do our best to supply it.
MINIBAR / CHOICES OF BEVERAGES
It will be stocked up and registered daily. Other drinks at your choice can be provided on request.
NIGHT SERVICE
It ever you need any help choose the SOS button on your phone call to reach during day hours the reception and during night hours the responsible Family Taugwalder – Abgottspon.
RECEPTION
We will be happy to fulfil all your wishes for taxis, flowers, table reservations, adapters, a babysitter, etc. at the Reception we will be glad to furnish you with information and tips on events and excursions.
ROOM
Should you require an extra pillow, another blanket, a hot-water bottle, vases, a humidifier, toothbrush and toothpaste, etc., likewise please ask at the reception. Rooms are cleaned every morning, and in the evening the beds are turned down and rooms given a little tidying and cleaning. During your stay your bed linen will be changed regularly. Please let us know at the reception if you want to have it done every day.
ROOM SAFE
The room safe offers, in addition to your valuables, also space for your notebook. Choose your personal code.
SERVICE
We are at your disposal for any smaller sewing works needed as well as for cleaning your shoes. Please let our staff at the front desk know about it.
SKI ROOM
The entrance to the ski room, which is located outside the hotel, is provided by your keycard. Please use your own locker corresponding to your room-number with the ski boot and helmet heating and leave your skis and snowboard in the ski room.
